Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund, excluding applicable payment gateway or processing charges.
Cancellations requested between 24 to 48 hours before the check-in time will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking value.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or failure to arrive (no-show) are strictly non-refundable.
Guests choosing to depart earlier than the confirmed check-out date will not be entitled to a refund for unused nights.
Reservations made under promotional, discounted, or special offer rates are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.
Requests to change reservation dates are subject to room availability and prevailing rates. Any applicable difference in tariff or service charges must be borne by the guest.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events, Hotel Vaishno Regal reserves the right to offer credit vouchers, rescheduling options, or alternative solutions instead of direct refunds.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days. The actual credit time may vary depending on the guest’s payment method, bank, or financial institution.
