All reservations at Hotel Vaishno Regal are governed by a specific Cancellation Policy associated with the selected rate plan. In such cases, Hotel Vaishno Regal is under no obligation to guarantee room availability or offer the same rates for future bookings. Any new reservation must be made at the prevailing best available rate.
Guests are required to provide valid proof of payment to the hotel reservations department within 48 hours of booking confirmation, clearly mentioning the reservation reference number. Failure to submit proof within the stipulated timeframe may result in booking cancellation. All banking or transaction-related charges shall be borne by the guest.
